(450 guests) – our largest event space makes a dramatic statement with its 6,500 square feet of floor space, 14’ ceiling, and chandeliers. This room opens to our large outdoor terrace with a view of our pond and fountain.

 (125 guests) The Chancellor Outdoor Patio is our large pergola covered outdoor space located directly behind the Manor. Covered for shade from the bright sun and decorated with charming twinkling lights it can be customized as you wish. It overlooks our private pond with fountain so it is great for summer celebrations.
